Transfer of ownership to the new generation, with commitment to craftsmanship, quality and Made in Italy.
A new chapter for Bruno Carlo
While everyone is racing to grow, Bruno Carlo is looking for a back to basics.
Corporate change communication.
Starting from August 1st, our company is facing a significant corporate change.
Gina Marchese, co-founder and majority shareholder of the company, has decided to transfer the ownership to her daughter Federica Bruno who, as the eldest daughter, accepts the handover, thanks to what acquired in the last decade alongside her parents, learning and preserving the generational tradition that characterizes Bruno Carlo.
This change represents a significant generational shift, not only at the family level, but above all as a corporate structure.
In this phase, we choose to downsize, a term that should not be understood as a step backwards, but rather as a demonstration of responsibility and consistency after the difficult period faced after the COVID-19 pandemic.
This transformation can be seen as a demonstration of loyalty to our roots, accepting the current economic challenges with resilience and determination.
Admitting difficulties and, at the same time, finding strength in our origins, represents for us a way to assure a future full of hope and confidence.
Thanks to this point of view, the new leadership will guide the company: with motivation and energy the undisputed daily challenges, the new goals and future objectives will be faced.
Our commitment is always the same: high-quality, artisanal and made in Italy products and services, keeping alive the values and tradition that the founders, Gina and Carlo, have instilled in the company since its foundation.
We look to the future with optimism and with the will to grow again, for our company and our stakeholders, whether they are customers or production partners that have worked with us for years.
